About Worldly Travels

What we cover

Worldly Travels is a full travel site, not a niche blog. We cover the questions people ask in the weeks before a trip, from where to go to what to pack.

Destinations

Where to go, how long to stay, what it really costs and how to get around.

Trip planning

Flights, packing, visas and entry rules, and handling money abroad.

Travel rules

Vaccinations, what you can bring through customs, and travel insurance.

About Worldly Travels: Who We Are

We are an independent publication, written for the traveller who wants the truth before booking. We don’t run a tour company and we don’t sell trips. Our job is to turn scattered official pages, price listings and traveller reports into one clear guide, with a verdict you can act on.

We write in a calm, plain style. You get the answer first, numbers instead of adjectives, and a clear “worth it” or “skip it” when the facts point one way.

That is the short story about Worldly Travels: research first, opinions second, and every number sourced.

How we research a guide

01
We start with the questions travellers actually ask before booking, using search data and trends.
02

We check official sources first: government travel advice like the U.S. State Department and UK Foreign Office, health guidance from the CDC, and entry rules from the IATA Travel Centre.

03
We compare current prices from several booking sources, not just one, and note the date we checked.
04
We read recent traveller reports to catch what official pages miss, like closures or queues.
05
We write the answer first, then the detail, and list every source at the end of the guide.

What we don't do

What you'll find in every guide

Quick Answer

The short answer at the top, before any detail.

Real Costs

A table of current prices, with where they came from.

The Honest Part

What the brochures leave out, and when to skip it.

Sources

Every official page and report we used, linked.

How we keep guides accurate

Every guide shows a Last verified date. Prices and entry rules change, so we re-check our most-read guides regularly and update them when something moves. If you spot something outdated or wrong, email us at info@worldlytravels.com and we’ll check and update it.
